When you complete a credit card transaction on this site your credit card details are entered directly into National Australia Bank’s NAB Transact facility, they do not pass through, and are not stored by Baptist World Aid Australia’s internal data systems UNLESS you have pledged an ongoing donation (SAO Sponsor or SAO Friend).

If you have pledged an ongoing donation (SAO Sponsor or SAO Friend) the credit card details you provide will be encrypted and sent to Baptist World Aid Australia and will be retained in order to process your payments according to your chosen frequency.

Baptist World Aid Australia takes the utmost care of your details, however, we are not responsible for any unauthorised access to or use of your personal information or loss of or corruption of data caused by any Internet threat, such as viruses, worms, Trojans or other malicious programs and/or users.

If you have any reason to believe that there has been unauthorised use of your personal information, such as your credit card details, please notify us immediately on 1300 789 991.
