CHRISTMAS RESOURCES FOR CHURCH PARTNERS

We have prepared a number of resources for Church Partners to use in promoting the Baptist World Aid Christmas Appeal. Funds raised will go to your Partnership Project.

If your church has already signed up for a Church Partnership, you will receive the following resources mid to late November. If you would like extra copies, or are interested in becoming a Partner please contact us at partnerships@baptistworldaid.org.au or call 1300 789 991.

Christmas Appeal DVD – With a focus on the Christmas Appeal, this includes a story of how your Partnership Project has transformed the life of one person, and how you can continue to support your Partnership Project. Check out videos for Beyond Disability, Healthy Homes and Fruitful Futures.

Sermon Notes and Kids Talk - This will give you some ideas of how you can use the theme 'What does Jesus want for His birthday' in your service.

Bulletin Insert – The bulletin insert provides information on your chosen project and gives examples of how the money raised will be used to help people invovled in your Partnership Project. Banner Button – Attach the banner button to your Church Partnership banner to highlight your Christmas Appeal.

Christmas Appeal Banner (order now - limited numbers available) - A banner to advertise your Christmas Appeal to your local community, and get them thinking about what Christmas really means! This year's theme is 'What does Jesus want for his birthday?' To order, please email partnerships@baptistworldaid.org.au, with your name, your church's name and address details.

Donation Envelopes – These envelopes allow your church members to make a tax deductible donation to the Christmas Appeal as part of your Christmas Day service. By completing their details and including either credit card details, a cheque or cash, we can process their individual donation and provide them with the receipts required to receive tax deductibility.

Treasurer's Form – Please use this form to help us process donations and ensure that funds are directed to your Partnership Project.

Online Giving – Individuals from your church family can donate online! Why not set up a computer at the back of the church where church members can give a tax deductible gift direct to your Partnership Project without having to fill in a form! click here to donate now
