Programs Manager
We are looking for a Programs Manager to be responsible for: the daily management and supervision of Project Officers, implementation of Baptist World Aid Australia’s Development Framework, and internal representation of the Programs Section. This role also assists with the development of child-centred community development programs; ensuring the provision of project information for Publicity and Marketing from the Programs team; and networking with AusAID, ACFID & other NGOs.
It is essential that you have: the relevant tertiary qualifications; a willingness to undertake ongoing personal development and training; the ability to work unsupervised and take initiative; be able to work effectively in a management team setting, while managing a team of up to ten staff; and have the ability to work in synergy with our church supporter base and our primarily church implementing partners.
