SAO1800 - Helping your church transform children's lives
Across the world today, one billion children live in poverty. They go to bed hungry, they miss out on school due to illness, they can’t afford healthcare, and every year 8 million children die before their fifth birthday, many from easily preventable diseases1.
Baptist World Aid Australia have developed a campaign called SAO1800 to mobilise your church to take life-changing action for children in need through SAO Child Sponsorship.
The campaign is called SAO1800 as we need to find sponsors for 1800 children by June 30 2012. So far we have found over 800 sponsors but we still need your help to find more and help more children and families out of poverty
