In Indonesia, this project takes place on a group of remote islands where homes were destroyed by a recent tsunami.  This means that many families are living in close quarters in temporary housing. In this environment, good sanitation is essential to keep people healthy.  Training occurs in the local Mentawai language and increases awareness of the importance of good hygiene, ultimately reducing the number of people getting sick and the spread of disease.
