Child Safe Policy
We are committed to the safety and well being of all children and/or young people accessing our services, therefore a compulsory police check is required from any person working or volunteering with Baptist World Aid Australia. We also have in place a Child Safe Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.
Privacy Policy
Baptist World Aid Australia has always respected and safeguarded your privacy and confidentiality. We have always been committed to accountability and transparency. We will continue to strive for the highest possible standards as we comply with the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles. Complaints Policy and Procedures
Baptist World Aid Australia is committed to efficiently and effectively resolving any com¬plaints from stakeholders. Our management and staff recognise the importance of complaints and regards them as an op¬portunity to rectify issues that have been identified as well as an opportunity to better serve all stakeholders.
